Privacy

This website is an informational preview of Uniti Q. We collect only the information needed to respond to inquiries, administer sponsorships, operate the website, and protect the service.

Information you provide

Our secure sponsor and provider inquiry forms may collect your name, work email, organization, role, selected interest, message, and consent to be contacted. Sponsor checkout may also collect organization and billing details, selected package and cadence, acceptance records, recognition preferences, and a transaction reference. Please do not submit sensitive health, financial-account, payment-card, or emergency information through an inquiry form.

Payment information

Sponsorship payments are processed on Stripe-hosted pages using the Quantum General Intelligence, Inc. (QGI) Stripe account for the Uniti Q program. Uniti Q and Colorful Voices, LLC do not receive or store full card numbers. We may receive limited transaction and billing metadata from Stripe, such as the sponsor, package, amount, payment status, receipt reference, and the version and time of the required acknowledgments.

How information is used and shared

We use information to respond to requests, administer sponsor benefits and recognition, provide receipts and service notices, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain acceptance records, and improve our communication. Inquiry messages may be routed through Resend, our email delivery provider, to the appropriate Uniti Q team member. Payment information is handled by Stripe and QGI as described above. We do not sell personal information.

Sponsor recognition and reporting

A sponsor's name, logo, marks, or affiliation are displayed only after separate written authorization and according to the recognition preferences provided. Sponsors receive only anonymized, aggregate program reporting appropriate to their package; they do not receive individual user data or personally identifiable wellness or community information.

Retention, security, and choices

We retain inquiry, sponsorship, billing-metadata, consent, and recognition records only as reasonably needed for operations, legal obligations, dispute handling, and security. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information, but no transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure. You may ask us to correct contact or recognition information, withdraw future contact consent, or request deletion where applicable by using the secure forms linked below. Some payment, contract, and compliance records may need to be retained.

Product privacy

The Uniti Q product is in development. Product-specific privacy notices will be published before public access and will govern information handled inside the product.
